Service Description

This is a step up from the BSW class with a focus on clinical skills. The Social Work Boot Camp is an intensive 12-week program that bridges the gap between classroom learning and real-world practice. Participants gain practical skills in client engagement, assessment, treatment planning, documentation, cultural responsiveness, crisis intervention, and advocacy. With a strong focus on ethical, person-centered, and anti-oppressive practice, this program prepares new social workers to enter the field with confidence, competence, and purpose.
